Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs what products may and may not be built through our Service. This AUP is part of our Terms of Service. Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.
1. Prohibited Products
Illegal Activities
Products that facilitate, promote, or engage in illegal activity, process transactions for illegal goods, or circumvent laws or sanctions.
Harmful Content
Products that distribute CSAM or exploit minors, promote terrorism or violent extremism, distribute malware, facilitate phishing or fraud, or promote self-harm.
Deceptive Practices
Products that impersonate others, create fake reviews, operate pyramid or Ponzi schemes, or engage in misleading advertising.
Intellectual Property Violations
Products that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or patents, distribute pirated content, or scrape content without authorization.
Regulated Industries (Require Pre-Approval)
Products in these industries require compliance verification before we will build them — contact us first:
- Healthcare / HIPAA: Products storing protected health information
- Financial services: Products providing financial advice or processing securities
- Gambling: Real-money gambling products (jurisdictional restrictions apply)
- Cannabis / Controlled substances: Even where legal, compliance varies
- Weapons / Firearms: Products facilitating sale of weapons or ammunition
Adult Content
Pornographic or sexually explicit content, escort services, or products directed at minors with adult themes.
Infrastructure Abuse
Cryptocurrency mining, attacking third-party systems, overloading infrastructure, accessing other customers' data, or reverse-engineering our AI systems.
2. Permitted Products
You may build: business websites, e-commerce stores, booking platforms, SaaS dashboards, community forums, directories, course platforms, restaurant ordering, event management, feedback tools, portfolios, CRMs, blogs, nonprofit sites, and any other lawful web application.
3. Content Standards
All content must comply with applicable laws and must not contain hate speech, defamation, harassment, or privacy violations. You are responsible for moderating End User content.
4. Resource Limits
Products must not consume excessive resources (sustained CPU above 80% for over 1 hour). Database and bandwidth are subject to plan limits. We may throttle products that impact platform stability.
5. Your Responsibilities
Ensure your Product complies with this AUP, provide accurate information, review your Product after delivery, moderate user-generated content, comply with data protection laws, and provide your own Privacy Policy and Terms for your End Users.
6. Reporting Violations
Report violations to abuse@invoke.build. We investigate all reports and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts.
7. Enforcement
We may refuse to build, suspend, or terminate Products that violate this AUP, with or without notice for urgent issues. Termination for AUP violations does not entitle you to a refund.
8. Changes
Material changes communicated 14 days in advance. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
