This page explains what data Invoke collects from you, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
When you sign up, we store your email address and the answers you give in the questionnaire. When your site is live, we store the content you publish, the domain you connect, and basic usage logs (request paths, timestamps, error reports).
We do not collect personal data from your site's visitors unless you explicitly add a feature that requires it (a contact form, a newsletter signup, an order). When you do, that data belongs to you.
Why we collect it
We use your data to build, run, and edit your site. We use logs to detect and fix problems. We do not sell your data. We do not use it to train external models.
Cookies
We use first-party cookies for session authentication and for you to stay signed in. We do not use third-party advertising cookies. We do not track you across other sites.
Where we store it
Your data is stored on Google Cloud Platform in the United States. Backups are encrypted at rest. Connections are encrypted in transit. Your domain registrar holds your domain record on your behalf.
How long we keep it
While your account is active, we keep all data needed to run your site. When you cancel, hosting continues for thirty days while we hand off your domain, database, and source code. After hand-off, we delete the live site within sixty days. Encrypted backups roll off within one year.
Your rights
You can request a copy of your data. You can request deletion outside the cancellation cycle. You can correct anything that's wrong. Email us and we'll respond within thirty days.
Account termination
You can cancel at any time from your account. We can terminate service if you violate the terms — for example, by hosting illegal content or by attempting to compromise the platform. In either case, the thirty-day hand-off cycle applies.
