Terms
Last updated: 2026-04-27
These terms govern your use of Invoke. By signing up, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not sign up.
What you get
A live website on a domain you own, hosted by Invoke, with edits and new features when you ask. Features included with your tier are listed on the pricing page. We ship within the week of your readback confirmation.
What you owe
The monthly subscription fee for your tier, billed in advance. Add-ons (extra mini-apps, extra mailboxes, custom domain hand-off) are billed alongside the base fee. Domain registration fees are passed through at cost on tiers that include the resold-domain path. Payment failures pause the site after a grace period.
What we promise
Your site stays online. Edits land the moment you ask. New features ship within the week of confirmation. If we fail against this, refund the affected billing cycle on request.
What you own
You own your domain. You own your database. You own the source code we ship for your site. On cancellation we hand all three over within thirty days.
What we own
The Invoke engine — the build pipeline, the mini-app catalog, the dashboard, the deploy chain — stays ours. Your site is built from it but is not it.
How to cancel
Cancel from your account at any time. Hosting continues for thirty days while we hand off your domain, database, and source code. No partial refunds for the cycle in progress. No cancellation fee.
What we will not do
Host illegal content. Host content that targets people for harm. Host content that infringes someone else's copyright after notice. We can terminate service for any of these reasons; the thirty-day hand-off cycle still applies.
Liability
We are liable to you for what we charged you in the previous twelve months. We are not liable for losses caused by third-party services (your domain registrar, your payment processor, your email provider) outside our control.
